In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time to avoid being charged a fee to your service booked.
Late Arrival
Appointments will be held for 15 mins, after this grace period, we will consider this as NOSHOW and the appointment may be given away.

Our Sanitation Procedures
Tool Sterilization:
- All reusable tools (e.g., nail clippers, cuticle pushers) are thoroughly cleaned and then sterilized using hospital-grade Lucas-Cide disinfectant.
- Tools are soaked in Lucas-Cide for the recommended contact time to ensure complete disinfection.
- After sterilization, tools are stored in sanitized, sealed containers until their next use.
Single-Use Items:
- Items such as nail files, buffers, and toe separators are single-use and disposed off after each client to prevent cross-contamination.
Pedicure Chairs and Foot Baths:
- We use single-use liners for the pedicure foot baths to ensure the highest level of hygiene and prevent any risk of cross-contamination.
- We use Lucas-Cide to sanitize pedicure jets, providing a safe environment for every client.
